About AstroTigya's Role

AstroTigya does not personally perform, conduct, organize, or manage the Pujas. AstroTigya works as an intermediary / booking assistance platform between the customer and Utsav.in.

Utsav.in provides a wide range of Pujas and related devotional services. AstroTigya helps customers understand the available options and choose/book a Puja that may be suitable for their stated requirement. AstroTigya charges a small service/assistance fee or margin on each Puja or Bhet booking.

Service Model

The customer explores the Puja options presented on the AstroTigya website. The customer selects a Puja, or asks AstroTigya for assistance in deciding which Puja may be suitable. AstroTigya acts as an intermediary and facilitates the booking with Utsav.in. The actual Puja is performed by the relevant service provider, temple, or organization associated with Utsav.in. Where applicable, Prasad or other offerings are fulfilled/delivered by Utsav.in or the relevant service provider. AstroTigya does not personally perform the Puja or control the physical performance of the Puja.

Puja Selection Assistance

Utsav.in offers many different Pujas for different intentions and requirements. If you are unsure which Puja may be suitable for you, AstroTigya can help you understand and select from the available options, based on the information and requirements you provide.

AstroTigya may charge a small assistance/service fee or margin for facilitating each Puja or Bhet booking. AstroTigya does not claim or guarantee that a particular Puja is the objectively best Puja for any person or situation.

Third-Party Puja Provider

Utsav.in and/or the relevant service provider is responsible for the actual Puja. AstroTigya is not the Puja performer. AstroTigya does not control the temple, priest, ritual process, Puja timing, location, availability, materials, offerings, or fulfillment. By booking through AstroTigya, you understand and accept that the actual service is dependent on the third-party provider.

Responsibility for Puja Performance

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroTigya is not responsible for issues relating to: how the Puja is performed; priest availability; temple availability; ritual procedures; Puja timing or changes in Puja schedule; location-related matters; quality or availability of ritual materials; temple or service-provider decisions; any issue occurring during the actual Puja; or any service interruption caused by Utsav.in or its associated provider. These matters are the responsibility of Utsav.in and/or the relevant service provider. This section does not exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Prasad & Delivery

Prasad delivery, dispatch, packaging, delivery timelines and courier-related matters are handled by Utsav.in and/or its relevant fulfillment partners. AstroTigya does not physically pack, dispatch or deliver Prasad. Delivery delays, incorrect delivery, damaged packages, courier issues, lost packages or other fulfillment problems must be addressed with the responsible provider. AstroTigya may assist in communicating the issue where reasonably possible, but is not responsible for the third-party delivery process.

No Guarantee of Results

Pujas are traditional spiritual and devotional practices. AstroTigya does not guarantee any specific result, event, financial outcome, relationship outcome, career outcome, health outcome, legal outcome, property outcome, childbirth outcome, or any other life outcome from performing a Puja.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing your correct name and booking information, providing accurate birth details when required, providing correct contact and delivery information, reviewing the selected Puja before confirming, providing any information requested for the booking, and following applicable instructions provided by the actual service provider.

Payments

Customers pay for the selected Puja/Bhet and any applicable AstroTigya service/assistance fee. The exact amount and payment arrangement will be shown before confirmation. AstroTigya may earn a small fee/margin from each booking. Customers should review the booking details carefully before completing payment.

Cancellations

Cancellation options may depend on whether the booking has already been processed by Utsav.in. Refund handling is governed by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logo, text, design and original materials belong to AstroTigya or their respective owners. Third-party materials associated with Utsav.in remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, abuse or harass staff, use the service for unlawful purposes, or copy or reproduce website content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroTigya shall not be responsible for losses, damages, delays, interruptions or issues arising from the acts, omissions, services, performance, cancellation, scheduling, fulfillment or delivery of Utsav.in or other third-party service providers. This does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

AstroTigya may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms will be published on this website.
